The Communicable Diseases Division provides information and services to prevent, test for, and treat infectious diseases such as human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), and tuberculosis (TB). All available clinical services are either free or low cost to the community.

All available clinical services are either free or low cost to the community.
Our Services
- HIV testing – Free
- STD testing (Chlamydia and Gonorrhea) – $15
- PPD readings (for TB test)
- Physical exam to those with STD symptoms
- Treatments
Due to a temporary staff shortage, walk-in hours for STI screenings are limited. To make an appointment, call 340-690-6301 on St. Croix or 340-244-3868 between the hours of 8am-5pm, or make an appointment for STI screenings online with one of the following links:
