St. John, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The VI Department of Health is advising the public that the Morris DeCastro Clinic phone system has been fully restored and the clinic can now receive external calls. The clinic experienced a brief disruption of services earlier today that prevented it from receiving or making calls to the public.
