VI Department of Health Seeks Public Input on Title V Maternal Child Health Grant FY2025 Application

U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The VI Department of Health invites the public to provide comment on its Title V Block Grant, Maternal Child (MCH) and Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN), Fiscal Year 2025 application.

The department is responsible for administering the Title V Block Grant within the MCH and CSHCN Division. The territory’s Title V program plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive, coordinated, and family-centered services.

The MCH Division is a part of the Bureau of Health Promotion and Disease Prevention and includes several other programs such as Early Hearing Detection and Intervention, Maternal, Infant, Early Child Home Visiting, State System Development Initiative, Virgin Islands Child Psychiatry Access Program, and the State Newborn Screening Priorities program.
