Virgin Islands Board of Nurse License Status of Renewal License Identification Cards

St. Croix, US Virgin Islands (January 23, 2020) – The office of the Virgin Islands Board of Nurse (VIBNL) Licensure advises Registered Nurses (RNs) and Advanced Registered Nurses (APRNs) that the VIBNL is temporarily unable to print license id cards. In the interim, you will be provided with a quick confirmation/verification for temporary use via email. Staff is currently working on updating the Nursys licensure database to reflect current renewal status.

If you have not received a copy of your quick confirmation/verification, please contact the VIBNL at 340-774-7477 extensions 5697/5673/5677 during office business hours 8:30 am to 4:30 pm AST, Monday thru Friday. 

Licensees employed at the Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital, Schneider Regional Medical Center, Frederiksted Health Care Center, or the East End Medical Center, may contact their employer’s Human Resources Division for an updated status.
