Morris F. De Castro Clinic on St. John Resumes Normal Operations

ST. JOHN, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS — The Virgin Islands Department of Health is advising the public that the Morris F. De Castro Clinic on St. John has resumed normal operating hours, open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Department is also notifying the St. John community that the Division of Environmental Health will continue to offer services on a modified schedule. The division will provide services from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, effective tomorrow, Tuesday, February 3, 2026.

This modified schedule will allow the Environmental Health Division to continue providing essential services while maintaining operational efficiency.

“We thank the St. John community for its patience and understanding as we worked through recent staffing challenges,” said Health Commissioner Justa Encarnacion. “We encourage residents plan accordingly for Environmental Health services, and we will continue to monitor operations and provide updates as needed.”
