St. Croix, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The VI Department of Health is advising the public that its Environmental Health and Vital Records and Statistics offices on St. Croix will close at 12 p.m. today due to a malfunctioning air conditioning unit.

The department is working to repair the unit today and the anticipates the offices will resume normal operations on Wednesday.

The Department of Health apologizes for any inconveniences the public may experience during this temporary closure.
