Purpose: Providing free and accessible essential health services and a strong linkage to care for all USVI residents.

What is the Health and Wellness Fair 2025?

The Health and Wellness Fair is a community event designed to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being and to provide strong linkage to long-term care. It brings together health professionals, wellness brands, and community organizations to offer free services and resources.

When and where is the fair taking place?

The fair will be held:

June 2 -6, 2025 at the St. Croix Educational Complex High School

June 9-12, 2025, at the Ivanna Eudora Kean High School, St. Thomas

And June 13, 2025, at the Morris F. DeCastro Clinic on St. John.

What at the hours of operation?

Doors open at 9 a.m. and close at 3 p.m.

Who can attend the fair?

The event is open to everyone! Families, students, seniors, and individuals of all ages are welcome.

Is there a cost to attend?

No. The Health and Wellness Fair is completely free to attend.

Is there a cost for services?

All services are free.

Do I need to register in advance?

An appointment or pre-registration is NOT required. Services will be provided on a first-come, -first-serve basis. Walk-ins only.

How can I register?

Registration must be completed in-person at the fair site.

What do I need to bring?

A form of identification is recommended but not required. However, insured individuals should bring their insurance card. All services are provided at no cost to the attendee, but some costs may be charged to the insurance provider.

What kinds of services will be available?

Yes. Health screenings such as blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, STI and HIV will be offered at no cost. mental health resources,

Will there be other activities?

Yes. Each day of the fair will feature an afternoon “De-Stress Zone” featuring with activities such as art, dance and music to help reduce and manage stress.

Who will be exhibiting at the fair?

Exhibitors include hospitals, health centers, mental health professionals, community nonprofits and more. A full list of our participants is available on our website.

Are the venues accessible for individuals with disabilities?

Yes. All fair venues are ADA-compliant and wheel-chair accessible. ASL interpretation will be provided. Staff will be available to assist with mobility and communications.

Will food and beverages be available?

Healthy snacks, refreshments from food vendors will be available throughout the day.
