US Virgin Islands —The VI Department of Health (VIDOH) advises the public that the Division of Environmental Health has extended its office hours to allow applicants on St. Thomas to pick up their Food Handler cards on Thursday, April 28 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
