The Virgin Islands Department of Health (DOH) will be hosting an Employee Appreciation Day, territory wide, for its employees, on Friday October 7, 2016. Therefore, all DOH public services will be suspended on Friday, October 7th. All DOH services will resume, as usual, on Tuesday, October 11, 2016- after the Columbus Day Holiday.
The DOH on St. Thomas will hold their Employee Appreciation Day at John Brewer’s Bay, in which staff will take part in a healthy morning walk from Emancipation Garden to John Brewer’s Bay. Upon arrival at the beach there will be planned activities for the employees to engage in.
The DOH on St. Croix will hold their Employee Appreciation Day at Cramer’s Park. Staff will take part in a healthy morning walk from Cramer’s Park to Pointe Udall and back to the beach. Upon their return to Cramer’s Park, staff will be engaged in planned activities.
