DOH to Host Hepatitis C Virus Trainings
The USVI Department of Health (DOH), Division of Mental Health, Alcoholism and Drug Dependency Services will be hosting Hepatitis C Virus trainings in both districts, St. Thomas on March 27, 2017 and St. Croix on March 28, 2017, in partnership with the Northeast & Caribbean Addiction Technology Transfer Center.

DOH Provides Flu Season Tips
t’s that time again…Flu Season! Flu activity peaks between December and March and can last as late as May. Those who are at higher risk for developing flu related complications are children younger than 5, adults who are 65 and older, pregnant women and people with asthma and chronic lung diseases. People with diabetes and heart disease should also take special care to stay safe from infection.
